Designed / launched by whom/when: Italian Architect Tito Agnoli grew up in Peru. After graduating from Milan Polytecnico in 1949 he apprecticed with the master, Gio Ponti. His passion for furniture design led to commissions from Molteni, Arflex, Lema and others. This famous wicker collection was designed in 1962 for Bonacina.

Inspiration: A continuous line creates a certain geometry resulting in an outstanding and unique furniture design.

Fabrication: Steel tubular frame encased in woven natural rattan core. Plastic feet.

Hidden Feature: Deceptively strong

Design Consigned Stylist: This iconic 1960s Italian design will be the feature star in any contemporary project. It’s sleek lineal form is both minimalist and so very cool. Style with a (by product) sheepskin or deer hide. Indoor use recommended.

Design Consigned Collector: Authentic original, made in Italy by Bonacina. Significant Italian Design. This lounge has a even warm wicker patina due to infrequent use indoors.
