What are the delivery charges?

As each sale is unique, delivery and handling charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, type of object and the delivery distance from our Melbourne warehouse.

Consignees [buyers] will be notified of the recommended transport method and delivery charges.

What delivery destinations are permitted?

We can arrange delivery to practically any destination, except P.O. Boxes.

When are orders shipped?

Once payment from the consignee [buyer] has been received and the object is inspected and packed.

How long until I receive my delivery?

Generally orders should arrive within 10 business days, however this may not always be possible.

If the object is an ‘environmentally aware’ gift please advise and we can deliver the object directly to the recipient with a Design Consigned card and certificate of authenticity.
