Mark of Authenticity Obviously Authentic Provenance One owner 2015. Purchased at Tom Dixon London and shipped by the owners to Australia.

Design Consigned Insider The Pylon Collection was originally manufactured by Cappellini Italy. We believe this is the only copper Pylon table in Australia. The Pylon table is now an archival design, however the Pylon chair is still in production.

Tom Dixon established his eponymous brand in 2002 after playing bass in a 1990s band called Funkapolitan and touring with Simple Minds and The Clash. Indulging in his true love for ‘making stuff’, especially futuristic furniture, objects and lighting which are inspired by British industrial heritage.

Our Condition Report  Occasional use in a formal dining space. No structural damage or faults noted. A few small areas of dark patina to the copper finish and some light scratches to the tinted glass top. These do not detract from the overall splendour.

Tom Dixon says of his brand name: “it’s all under my name, I am a bit like a fashion designer, but the products are not fashionable, I make sue they will have a long life”
