LeBeau dining table by Patrick Jouin for Cassina Italy. Diameter 160cm. Seats 6-8.

An original LeBeau dining table created in 2003 by French Architect and product Designer Patrick Jouin who first worked for Philippe Starck before establishing a Studio in Paris, Le Agence Patrick Jouin & Sanjit Manku. Patrick describes his style as Industrial Design meets the Decorative Arts . He was included in Architectural Digest Magazine top 100 Designers of 2020 and has work in the permanent collection at MOMA New York. He designs Inteiors and also products for Cassina, Kartell, Alessi, Fermob and Fiam Glass. Discover HERE

Inspiration: A disc of thick opaque glass rests on a flared black leather clad pedestal.

Fabrication: Stainless steel base trim line, 4 sectioned supports of ultra toughened plastic are covered in thick matte black saddlery leather, a D160cm circle of opaque grey crystal non scratch crystal glass sits on the top. (Also came in a D140cm version)

Design Consigned Stylist: French minimalist style such as you might find in a Parisian apartment. Complete the look with a set of black leather Cab chairs by Mario Bellini also from Cassina.

Design Consigned Collector: Authentic 2011 original, made in Italy by Cassina. High Collector value. No longer in production. One owner.

DC Insider: It is very rare to come across this leather upholstered version of the Le beau table which retailed at over $20,000. This table is 10 years old with minimal use in a formal dining space and no detracting faults.
