Big Shadow floor lamp by Marcel Wanders for Cappellini

Rare XL Red Big Shadow Floor Lamp, from the Big Shadow Collection designed in 1998 by Dutch designer Marcel Wanders for Cappellini Italy. An oversized floor lamp with both base and shade of the same materiality.

Fabrication Chrome plated metal rod base frame and separate shade frame. Red polyamide viscose fabric, black electric feeder cable, two globe fittings base and top, on off foot switch.

Design Consigned Stylist Big Shadow emits a warm and enveloping glow from top to bottom. The technical fabric is modern with a semi-matt appearance. Making an entrance, or aglow in the window, defining a space, or standing tall in a corner, this Big red Shadow lamp emits a happy design statement.
