Belt sofa by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso

The Belt sofa from Moroso was released at the 2016 Salone del Mobile, Milano. Created by Patricia Urquiola, the design features giant cushions that fold over the frame and are secured with leather ‘belts’. Here we offer the ‘2 seater major’  (2.5 seater).

Fabrication Extruded dye cast aluminium frame in dark grey matt finish. Two large seat cushions of poly fibre and memory foam fill and white piece covering rest on a platform with a padded surround. The back and sides are four giant folded ‘cushions’ held in place with white leather tube form padded ‘belts’. The fabric is unique to Moroso. Colour: Electric blue with red and orange flecks. 4 x rectangular cushions in same sit inside adding even more comfort.
