Designed by:Patricia Urquiola. A lounge chair with a feminine expression inspired by the traditional womens dressmaking craft of ‘smocking’, a form of gathering and stitching fabric. The ‘ring’ armrests were inspired by bamboo handles on macrame bags.

Fabrication: Black powder coat solid steel swivel support on disc base, upholstery in black/sand ‘tweed’ fabric and stitch detailing on the leather covered tubular steel arm rests.

DC Stylist: Sophisticated stand alone lounge chair ‘dressed’ in a textured upholstery with ‘gathering’ and stitched leather arms. The chair has light padding and a wide seat with a semi reclined curved back rest.
