Design Inspiration Counterintuitive design, the heavy marble top appears to float above the sculptural base.

Fabrication Smooth honed venatino statuaretto marble from Carrara Italy on a bright brushed die-cast aluminium base.

Hidden Design Features The top has an underside edge bevel, a unique design feature seen only when seated. Also there are no ugly support brackets, the base has posts  that fit inside the marble. This is also how you can tell the marble is the original

Our Condition Report 4/5 I recently photographed and viewed this Diesis table. Was amazed the owner had had a glass top made to protect the marble ! Marble is pristine. Base no structural faults and still has the bright finish.
