Our Condition Report 3/5 Very good with infrequent use over ten years. No structural faults. Overall no tears, no areas of fabric wear or fading to fabric. Back cushion and scatter cushion down inserts are excellent. Has a new (03/25) seat cushion insert valued at $418. Currently unused in storage.
