The Designers Inspiration Pate de verre glass is coloured and mouth-blown into a mould to create each unique orb diffuser.

DC Insider Pate de verre is a French technique whereby glass is ground into a powder then a binder and tinted fluxing mediums are added to allow re melting. It reduces clarity giving the glass a lovely vintage effect.
