Crono sofa by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto

The Crono Collection was designed in 2002 by Italian architect Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia in house brand Maxalto which was established in 1975 as a cohesive collection of modern neo-classics. Afra and Tobia Scarpa were the creative directors of the brand until Antonio Citterio was appointed in 1996.

A semi circular sofa dressed for entertaining in a heavyweight ivory linen slip cover. Available in three sizes S M L, this being the Medium L250cm.

Design Consigned Stylist The curved back of the Crono sofa should be highlighted, if possible, at the entrance to a room, where the curve allows people to move easily around it into the space. Our Condition Report 3/5 Excellent vintage (that’s > 10 years)  with minimal use. Has been steam cleaned 2026. There are 2-3 small marks on the back, easy to camouflage.
