Vitruvio leather and walnut bedside tables by French designer Jean-Marie Massaud (b1966 Toulouse) for Poltrona Frau (est 1912 Tolentino, Italy). Jean-Marie Massaud designs for luxury brands, including Cappellini and Cassina, and is based at his Paris studio.

Inspiration Exploring the idea of upholstered joinery inspired by saddlery techniques.

Fabrication 2 push to open drawers with grey scratch proof laminated MDF interior. Canaletto walnut drawer fronts and back of unit. Darkest brown cuoio leather with subtle padding envelopes the top and sides with visible stitch detailing. Pelle Frau ® natural leather is treated to exhibit a high technical and sensorial velvety feel and appearance.

Our Condition Report 3/5 vintage (that’s over 10 years), Very good, fully functioning wth no structural faults. A few dents and light marks to the leather tops which will be hidden under lamps and books, or add a piece of smokey glass.
