Designed in 1983, and unchanged since, the Pascal floor lamp perfectly reflects Vico Magistretti’s design aesthetic – functional and symbolic. Oluce, Est 1945, is the oldest ‘illumination company’ in Italy.

The Designers Inspiration Overturned cones. Pure geometric shapes.

Fabrication Coated metal base, Lacquered white metal stand and aluminium double cone shade. Dual foot switch operates each cone individually or together. E27 twin bulbs and LED tube.

Hidden Features There is more to this design than appears. While the upper cone luminates upwards via an exposed LED circuit, the lower cone’s twin E27 bulbs deflect light downwards off the walls of the upper cone.

Design Consigned Stylist Iconic Design in classic white. Can’t really go wrong with this one with the two light sources providing much more than just uplighting.
