Designed by / when:Industrial Design graduate Nipa Doshi (b Bombay) and Master cabinet maker Jonathan Levien (b London) established their Design Studio DoshiLevien.com in 2010. Combining Nipa’s visually colourful cultural background with Jonathan’s eye for detail has resulted in a unique Design aesthetic that soon captured the attention of Patrizia Moroso head of Italian manufacturer, Moroso. The Paper Plane was released at the Salone Del Milano in 2012 and ever since, Architects around the world love it’s unique folded and angled silhouette.

Inspiration Origami, in particular the folded paper plane unfolded, reveals it’s series of ‘flattened’ planes.

Design Consigned Stylist Modernist angles. Excellent as a pair, the contrasting colours and differing heights complimenting each other perfectly.
