Designed by: Arnold Merckx (b1941) graduated in Interior Design from the Academy of Visual Arts Rotterdam and apprenticed with French Designer Pierre Paulin in Paris. He was invited to create a Collection for Belgian Outdoor Furniture Company, Extremis, in 1998. Ex Tempore is seen in private Architectural and Commercial Design projects as well as public spaces across Europe.

Inspiration: Design, looks & durability.

Fabrication: Anodised non-rusting aluminium frame, timber slats of Jatoba, a hardwood that will never warp, says Extremis.

Hidden Features: Extremis only use FSC certified wood from renewable forests.

Design Consigned Stylist: Outdoor setting with bold architectural style, made to last a lifetime.

DC Collector: Authentic original, made by Extremis. Extremis exhibit at Salone Del Milano every year.

Mark of authenticity: Extremis embossing to timber on view.

Verification: One owner, 10 years old. Purchased from DeDeCe Melbourne. Condition rated 3/5 only due to overall darkening to the timber, which could be sanded back but why bother, otherwise no faults.
