Description Eames moulded plastic armchair with Eiffel base designed in 1950 by Charles and Ray Eames. One in limited edition sky blue.

The iconic moulded shell seat by Charles and Ray Eames was designed to be mass produced in changing colours and then customised on a selection of bases.

Fabrication Vitra 01 chrome plated wire base. Shell of dyed -through polypropylene.

Design Consigned Stylist Whilst originally designed for table use, today the Eames moulded armchair often features in living spaces or bedrooms, where the iconic curvy seat and shiny Eiffel base can be fully appreciated. This chair will add a bright highlight to modernist homes, coastal retreats, or Scandinavian style apartments. Add a sheepskin or deer hide for comfort and extra style.
