Designed by whom/when:Designed in 2007, the Canasta Collection by Patricia Urquiola features giant interlaced flat ribbons.

Inspiration:Homage to the traditional basketry of the Basque Region of Spain where Patricia holidayed as a child.

Fabrication:Aluminium frame, Polyester powder coat white, polyethylene interlacing, steel tray top with matt white powder coat stippled non slip finish.

Hidden Features:Tray has a good weight to stabilise the table in high winds.

Design Consigned Stylist: Store poolside clutter inside this useful and visually decorative table which compliments the canasta chairs. (see below)

DC Collector: Authentic original, made in Italy by B&BItalia. Still in production.
Mark of authenticity: Wears B&BItalia plaque.
