Designed / launched by whom / when The Moon Collection of tables was created in 2015 by Space Studio Copenhagen, established in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rutzou. The Moon table is characterised by its chunky 4cm thick top ‘resting’ on semi circular plinths with vertical rib detailing.

The designers inspiration Referencing traditional Danish carpentry in structure and ornamentation. “Balancing opposites, classic and modern, industrial and organic, sculptural and minimal” – Signs Bindslev Henriksen

Fabrication Structure in non warping compressed wood with European oak veneer in dark brown black. Half cylinder supports are ornamented with a vertical ribbed detailing, Recessed concealed steel brackets attach the  top..

Design Consigned Stylist This large pill shaped table doesn’t only look spectacular, but the rounded ends and pedestal supports allow you to seat a few extra guests when required. The lustrous dark minky finish displays visible oak wood grain. Divine danish designed and made table. Complete the setting with the Beetle chairs or Coco chairs, also from Gubi, See Below.
