Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If we haven’t heard from you within 3 days of receiving your order, we are not obliged to provide a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition as when you purchased it. 

Discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Please do not send your purchase back. We will advise and book the preferred courier.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • obvious deterioration in condition 
  • the original packaging we used for the delivery has not been retained and returned.
  • There are missing parts not due to our error.
  • More than 3 days has passed since the item was delivered.

Refunds

Once your return is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notifying you of approval for your refund.

We request the deposit details for the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your banking provider as it may take time for the deposit to be processed.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as a gift , you’ll receive the opportunity to exchange it for something else on return

Shipping returns

To return your product for refund, you should only use the trusted courier as booked by Design Consigned

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund and invoice provided as proof.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may be required to use  a trackable shipping service or purchase transit insurance. Design Consigned will not be held liable if your returned item does not arrive back to us safely.
