Designed by whom/when Working as a young 24 yr old Architect apprenticed to Le Corbusier’s Parisian atelier in 1927, Charlotte Perriand created this modern swivel chair for her own apartment. It was exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Decorateurs in 1928 and became known as the LC7, and formed part of the iconic LC Collection.

Fabrication CR3 Trivalent tubular chromed steel. Highest Category A Organic leather upholstery 13Y413 LCX Testa di moro.

DC Insider These chairs are from the 2016 re release by Cassina incorporating an updated structure and CATAS certification. Cassina negotiated the exclusive production licence for the LC Collection in 1964.

Design Consigned Stylist Charlotte Perriand created this comfortable, compact swivel armchair for her own Parisian pied a terre. An iconic chair for home office use. The older it gets, the better it looks. This bitter chocolate coloured leather is the highest premium grade option, and you can tell. It’s especially nice with timber floors.
