Prado settee sofa by Christian Werner for Ligne Roset

Prado is a customisable seating collection by Christian Werner Design (est Berlin 1992). Prado bases are available in various sizes on which backrests can be added. The design allows 360 degree positioning for users by simply moving the independent backrests. Model:  Medium Settee D   L200cm x 110cm with two back rests.

The Designers Inspiration Based on the study of lifestyles and ergonomics, Prado seating can be used in many ways, with the option to add and adapt.

Fabrication  Base of solid flat profile steel in matt black. Seat base internal structure of MDF panels with webbed elastic and surrounded with mixed density foam. Separate seat cushion of multi density foams. Fabric – Steelcut Fr Lys (a dark green / natural weave) See detail images

2 back rests of internal metal surrounded with foam and sectioned goose down and feather. Removable / reorderable covers.

Hidden Features The back rests have internal weights and anti slip rubberised bases so they stay in place.

Design Consigned Stylist Small space luxury. This versatile Prado works as an ottoman for a few, a sofa for 2-3,  a chaise, or a guest bed. Add and connect more Prado elements as required.
