Returns Policy
If you receive an item that does not materially conform with the listing please contact us at info@designconsigned.com.au within 3 business days of receipt of goods to advise, so we can resolve the issue with a full refund payable upon return to our storage facility, in the same condition, at your expense, via the same delivery method, which Design Consigned will organise.
If you fail to contact us within the 3 day period you will be deemed to have accepted the object and we will forward payment to the seller.
Donβt forget, you can always submit your authentic design object for re selling with us any time because good design is timeless !
