Designed by who: Industrial Designer Tom Dixon, known for bringing wit and imagination to the lighting and furniture world. Tom also accepts full Interior Design commissions for select clients. His pieces have been acquired by London’s V&A Museum, MoMA NYC and Centres Georges Pompidou Paris.
Inspiration: With his love of welding and unorthodox approach to design, Tom has used simple geometric shapes to form a spectacular modern lighting sculpture. Discover Tom’s world here.
Fabrication: Four gradatiated and inverted tiers of polished brass-plated steel support 18 mouth-blown opaque glass orbs. Model SLL03ABEU. Weighs 18kg. Globes G9 25W max clear halogen included.
