Designed / launched by whom/when: Created for Italian makers B&BItalia in 2003 by American Designer Jeffrey Bernett (b1964 Illinois), founder of multi-disciplinary design Studio Bernhardt [est 1995] NYC.
Inspiration: A sled
Fabrication: Bright chromed steel flat profile ‘sled’ base with smooth thick ivory leather covers.
Hidden Features: Fully removable and reorderable upholstery.
Design Consigned Stylist: Elegant yet minimalist upholstered tuck-under chairs with comfortably padded back and seat. Go well with all timber tables / floors. Display 8 around the table and keep 2 in your home office to bring out for extra guests.

DC Insider: Jeffrey Bernett studied Design at the prestigious Parnham Collecge England. He presented his first Collection at New York’s ICFF Design Fair in 1996 going on to receive the Best Designer Award in 2000.
