Olin, a modernist table by Sydney based Designers Norman & Quaine. Seats 8 or 12.
Fabrication:Linished stainless steel frame with floating solid polished cherrywood top.
Interior designer Katherine Norman and Industrial designer Caroline Quaine established their Sydney design studio in 1993 and were appointed to design the furniture and joinery for the new Parliament House in Canberra. They are known for their distinctly ‘Australian Modernist’ designs.
This Olin table was custom ordered in 1999 from N&Q and has been has been lovingly cared for by the one owner. There are no detracting marks.
