Designed / launched by whom/when: Created in 2009 by Spanish born Designer Patricia Urquiola for GAN Spain. A mix of six textures and tones creates a visually exciting floor décor. Patricia began collaborating with GAN in 2004.

Inspiration: Knit, a new textural look for rugs.

Fabrication: 100% wool hand loomed with 100% cotton backing

Hidden Features: The sturdy cotton backing ensures the rug stays in shape.

Design Consigned Stylist: An organic chunky ‘hand knit’ look in 100% natural fibres. A hand knit sweater for the floor in the unexpected yet familiar light globe shape.

Design Consigned Collector: Authentic Globo MG1, by Gan Spain.

Provenance: One Architect owner.
