➕ MAMMOTH - A modern danish wingback from the wilds of Scandinavia 🪵🌳🦌 designed in 2007 by Rune Krojgaard (b1980 Herning, Denmark) and designer Knut Bendik Humlevik (b1984 Norway).
For Rune, a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, design is all about creating simple objects that complement both the eye and the human body. A knowledge of cabinetry and the possibilities of plywood are expressed in the MAMMOTH lounge chair.
For Knut, however, it’s all about creating pure functional and everyday objects.
