The Canasta Collection [2007] is recognised for an innovative use of ultra durable man made fibre.

Inspiration Patricia was inspired by the traditional Viennese weaving technique using a geometric hexagonal pattern which she deliberately oversized for a contemporary look with a familiar nostalgia.

Fabrication Steel tubular frames. Woven polyethelyne flat ribbons. Weatherproof cushions upholstered in removable / reorderable B&BItalia fabric.

Hidden Features The weave has a subtle luminous appearance adding an extra element of glamour.

Design Consigned Stylist As we inevitably look out the window at our outdoor furniture more often than actually using it, why not see something beautiful. The Canasta, like a wingback chair, wraps and ‘cocoons’ the occupant focussing the eye on the view ahead.
